About the Session
Returning to the bakery industry, Daniel Tay started Foodgnostic, a modernise central kitchen to supply baked goods and food to eateries. He also started his online cheesecake shop, Cat & The Fiddle.
At this session, he will share his thoughts on how traditional confectionery business could transform to meet the needs of the new generation of consumers through technology adoption, food innovation and marketing.
