Loo Pei Fen is the Chief Marketing Officer of homegrown SGX-listed IT retailer Challenger Technologies Limited. Her primary focus is on converting offline retail store sales to online, combined with a full suite of consumer-centric initiatives. She also specialises in online/offline IT retail marketing, loyalty programme marketing and driving strategic partnerships with key vendors.
